Making Homemade Ghost Pepper & Habanero Hot Sauce
I've been eating spicy things since I was a baby. I've also eaten some of the hottest stuff out there. So, it's safe to say, I like spicy food.
My mom recently brought a batch of peppers from her garden in Nashville, including ghost peppers and habaneros. There were too many to eat, so a hot sauce is the way to go, so they don't go bad. Although I've created this type of content many times before, this time I decided to capture the experience for my YouTube channel.
Here's how I made it if you're interested. If these peppers are too hot, simply switch out the ghost peppers and habaneros with jalapenos and serranos.
- Ingredients: Ghost peppers, habaneros, jalapenos, fresh garlic, onions, tomato paste, a few small tomatoes, salt, and cracked black pepper.
- Instructions: Cook over a stove for 10-15 minutes on medium heat. Blend ingredients.
