If You Need to Generate AI Voiceovers, Check Out Eleven Labs

If you've been following me on the blog or YouTube for the past year, you'll have noticed I've done multiple blog readings. Several of these audio readings have been AI-generated, using Eleven Labs. For higher-level production, I still prefer hiring a professional voice talent like Amanda Utter.

But for my experimentation and blog, I don't have a financially viable way to afford a professional voiceover, so Eleven Labs is a great option for me to make the blogging experience more immersive for readers (or listeners) with an audio reading.

It's fun and easy to use Eleven Labs AI voiceover. I simply plug in my blog post into their online tool, select one of their voices, and hit generate. Within minutes, I have a professionally sounding voiceover for my blog posts.

I've also been experimenting with training Eleven Labs to replicate my voice. It's not yet finished and believable, but I would love to get it close enough that reading my blog posts could be a viable option. And, I'm also interested in utilizing it for audiobooks of my first two books, and maybe the upcoming one, too.

I've also used this AI-generated voiceover on a few occasions with some clients, including Destined For Glory's online course curriculum, where the user can listen instead of reading the content.

Countless AI tools are rolling out for all types of applications, and I'm certainly exploring and experimenting. Eleven Labs is the company I've settled into for AI-generated voiceover and audio effects.
